Scope

These terms apply to the website at onpointcourtsurfacing.com. They do not govern the construction, resurfacing, or repair work we perform. That work is governed by the written agreement you sign with us, including any warranty it contains. Nothing on this page limits, waives, or replaces those warranty obligations.

Using this site

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its database, or its hosting
• Submit false information, or submit automated or bulk requests through our quote form
• Copy our project photography or written content for use elsewhere without permission
• Use the site in a way that interferes with anyone else's use of it

Prices shown on this site are estimates

We publish real price ranges because we think vague answers waste everyone's time. A new pickleball court, for example, is listed at $16,000 to $35,000, and a full acrylic resurface at $4,000 to $8,500. Those ranges are genuine, but they are estimates for planning, not offers.

Your actual price depends on the size of the court, the condition of the site and any existing slab, whether the build uses post-tension or saw-cut concrete, the color scheme, and any fencing, lighting, or hoop you add. A price becomes binding only when it appears in a written quote we have issued for your specific project and both parties have signed. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance.

Quote requests

Submitting the form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve a place in our schedule, or obligate either of us to proceed. We aim to respond within one business day.

Our content

The text, layout, and project photography on this site belong to On Point Court Surfacing. The photographs are of courts we built or resurfaced. You may link to our pages freely. You may not republish our photography or copy our written content without written permission.

Licensing

We hold Nevada contractor licenses 0090686 (surfacing and fencing) and 0095035 (concrete). Any licensing details published here are provided for information. Verify current license status with the Nevada State Contractors Board.

Accuracy of site content

We work to keep the site accurate, including specifications, dimensions, timelines, and prices. Court standards, material availability, and costs change. Content is provided for general information and may be out of date. Do not rely on a page here in place of a written quote or a conversation with us about your specific site.

Third-party links

Where we link to another site, such as a governing body's court specifications, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Limitation of liability for site use

The website itself is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on general information published here. Again, this limitation concerns the website. It does not affect our obligations under a signed construction agreement, and it does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above shows when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
