Do you handle bid packages and detailed proposals?
Yes. We provide itemized written proposals, scope-of-work documentation, and reference projects for HOA boards and procurement teams.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and carry general liability and workers' comp insurance. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
How long do multi-court projects take?
Resurfacing a multi-court facility typically runs 1–3 weeks. New construction of a multi-court complex can run 6–12 weeks depending on site, scope, and weather.
Do you offer custom branding and logos?
Absolutely. We do custom color blocking, painted logos, and branded windscreens for HOAs, schools, and clubs.
Can you convert my tennis court(s) into Pickleball Courts?
Yes. If the existing surface is in good shape, we will treat it like a normal resurface and will make sure to use 1 extra coat and sand the tennis lines down so they don't show through the new surface for the Pickleball Courts. For the pickleball nets, there are a few different options. We can use nice Semi Permanent Nets that you can plant on the ground and are able to expose the wheels and roll them away if needed. We can measure out the court exact and find the proper locations and core drill out footers to set new permanent net posts. For this, if the Tennis court was post tension, we will have to get an xray of the concrete to make sure we don't hit any of the cords. The last option is we are able to surface mount the posts if the court is concrete. If the court is in bad shape, we will recommend rebuilding with Post Tension and having our specialists measure out the exact location and place the sleeves for the posts prior to pouring the new post tension slab and ultimately painting the court for new Pickleball courts.
