Privacy Policy

This policy explains exactly what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, who else can see it, and how to have it removed.

Last updated: August 17, 2026

Who we are

On Point Court Surfacing builds, resurfaces, and repairs athletic courts across Southern Nevada. This policy covers the website at onpointcourtsurfacing.com. It does not cover any separate agreement you sign with us for construction work.

What we collect

Information you give us

Our quote request form asks for:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your city
  • The type of court you are asking about
  • Your message

Only the name, phone, email, and message are required. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this website, and we never collect them here.

Information collected automatically

When you submit the form, we also record:

  • Your IP address
  • Your browser user agent string
  • The date and time of the submission

We keep these to help identify and block automated spam submissions. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server request logs.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your quote request and schedule a site visit
  • To prepare and send you a written quote
  • To keep records of the work we have quoted and performed
  • To detect and block spam and abuse
  • To understand which pages and ads bring people to the site

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

Where it goes

Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and emailed to us through Elastic Email so we can reply. The service providers that can process this data on our behalf are:

ProviderWhat it does
CloudflareWebsite hosting, the database that stores form submissions, and the Turnstile anti-spam check
Elastic EmailDelivers your submission to us by email
GoogleAnalytics and advertising measurement, described below

Analytics and advertising

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether an advertisement led to a quote request. Both are loaded through Google's gtag.js library and both set cookies in your browser. OurCookie Policy lists them individually, along with how to opt out.

When you submit the form we record that a submission happened, and if you arrived from a Google ad we record that too. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, or message to Google.

Anti-spam

Our form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is submitting it. Turnstile analyzes browser signals rather than asking you to solve a puzzle. It is a strictly necessary part of the form working at all.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain business records of work quoted and performed. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will remove it.

Your choices

  • Access or deletion. Email brian@onpointcourtsurfacing.com and ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.
  • Analytics and advertising. See the opt-out options in ourCookie Policy.
  • Email and calls. Tell us to stop contacting you and we will. We do not run a marketing email list.

Nevada residents

Nevada law (NRS 603A.340) gives Nevada consumers the right to tell a website operator not to sell their covered personal information. We do not sell personal information and have no plans to. If you would like to submit a verified opt-out request anyway, send it tobrian@onpointcourtsurfacing.com with the subject line "Nevada opt-out request" and include the email address and phone number you used on our form so we can verify it.

Children

This website is meant for people arranging court construction and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will remove it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we do not claim it is. If you would rather not send details through the form, call us instead at(702) 686-7738.

Changes

If we add or remove a tool that collects information, we update this policy and theCookie Policy at the same time, and we change the "last updated" date above.
