Accessibility Statement

What we aim for

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. To be straightforward with you: this site has not been through a formal accessibility audit, so we are describing an active goal rather than claiming certified conformance.

What we have done

• Pages are built with semantic HTML: real headings in order, real lists, real buttons and links, and one main landmark per page.
• Every content image carries descriptive alternative text. Our image pipeline requires it, so a photo cannot be published without it.
• The site menu works from the keyboard, and the mobile menu can be closed with the Escape key.
• Colors come from a single palette chosen for contrast against its backgrounds.
• Nothing autoplays, nothing flashes, and there are no timed interactions or popups.
• The site ships almost no JavaScript, so it stays usable on older devices and slow connections.
• Text reflows to narrow screens and can be zoomed without content being cut off.

Known gaps

These are real and we would rather name them than let you discover them:

• Project videos have no captions. A few gallery items are silent video clips of finished courts. They carry no spoken content, but they have no captions or text alternative describing what is shown.
• The gallery image viewer. Opening a project photo at full size has had limited keyboard and screen reader testing. Every photo is also reachable as a normal image on the project page.
• The anti-spam check on our form. The quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which we do not control. It is designed to avoid visual puzzles, but if it blocks you, call or email us and we will take your details directly.
• No formal audit. We have not had the site tested by an independent accessibility auditor or with a full range of assistive technology.

We aim to reply within two business days. If a fix will take longer than that, we will tell you what we are doing and give you the information you were after in another format in the meantime.

Getting a quote another way

Nothing on this site is the only route to us. If any part of the quote form is difficult to use, call (702) 686-7738 and we will take your details over the phone and send a written quote the same way we would for anyone else.
